ADOPT YUZU & LYCHEE

Yuzu (brown and white tabby) and Lychee (brown tabby) are one and a half year-old sisters who are sweet, affectionate, and the perfect blend of playful and peaceful. They love interactive wand toy sessions and engage beautifully with their foster's child, who often leads playtime, happily taking turns chasing, leaping, and showing off their athletic skills before settling in for cozy naps.

Yuzu is a very sweet, affectionate young girl who loves to be petted and held by her humans (she’ll purr and purr). She’ll softly meow to seek out pets and will climb into your lap for snuggle time. Yuzu loves having her cheeks stroked (and she has incredibly soft fur!). She’s happiest sticking close to her human, and makes an excellent work companion (she’ll stake out a spot on your desk to keep you company). Like her sister, she adores wand toys and bird toys, and balances playful energy with long, peaceful rests (especially on soft blankets!). She’s also attuned to her humans’ emotional states - when the foster family’s child has cried in the same room as Yuzu, she’ll promptly run over to sit by the child for comfort.

They are on prescription food. They must go home together.

"Yuzu and Lychee are truly a special pair of young sisters. They have the sweetest personalities and bring such a wonderful balance to a home! Yuzu is so affectionate and loves to be held, purring away and sticking close. She’s also an especially empathetic kitty who comes to comfort you when she senses someone is upset. Lychee is playful, funny, and chatty, but she also loves being held and petted and will happily soak up affection. 

Watching them together has been such a joy. They play, nap, and keep each other company, but they also form such loving bonds with their people. Anyone who adopts these sisters won’t just be getting two beautiful cats; they’ll be welcoming two devoted companions into their family."

"Yuzu and Lychee were the first bonded pair I have fostered. I thought they would primarily be bonded to each other, but we did not realize how connected and loving they would be toward us (the humans). Both are playful, love pets and cuddling, Lychee is a little 'air biscuit maker', and they both have gentle purrs. Both really appreciate their toys, we could hear them in their room, playing with their toys, or I would come in to see them snuggled to their toys, or to each other. They are so lovely!"
