Pajama and PJ are the perfect pair of jammies! Mommy Pajama’s personality is Saturday morning cartoons and fruity pebbles cereal. She’s a busy little bee who can’t wait to start the day. She's a outgoing extrovert and an adventurer with just the right amount of confidence. There's no such thing as “too many pets” in her book, and she loves exploring her foster home. She works hard for treats, standing up on her hind paws to encourage promptness.

PJ

Valerie

I'm Valerie, and I'm looking for a roommate. I first came to Paws and Claws in April of 2025, and I've been looking for my forever home since then. I'm 10 years old and prefer a calm home where I can be queen of the castle. I will never say no to a little milk, cheese, or peanut butter, if you're offering.

I enjoy hanging out on the back of the couch near you, or laying on the rug nearby, but cuddling has never really been my thing. I do love some pets and scratches to my head, though! In exchange for taking care of me, I'll keep you safe by monitoring the outside world through the windows and letting you know when any birds or squirrels pass by -- window-sitting is one of my talents! I also do a great impression of a seal, where I lay on my back and put my feet up I the air like flippers. I think you'll really love it! If you have some extra space in your house and heart, and are looking to give an older gal a place to chill, I think we'll get along great.

Hazel

Hazel is a glamorous little diva -- can't you tell by the tortoiseshell coat? This chirpy girl wants to be included in your fun. In her foster home, she spends her time perfectly positioning herself between her two people, swishing back and forth between them to feel properly attended to by everyone. She's endlessly fascinated by human bedtime routines, and loves to hear narration about what exactly it is you're doing. Readers be warned of her biggest quirk: Hazel will keep a protective watch over you while you're in the bathroom! Hazel does appreciate her alone time, however, where you can usually find her snuggled up by the window or in a cozy spot in bed. At the end of the day, Hazel's perfect home is somewhere she can laze away the days away in her hammock, eat allll the wet food she can persuade you to give her, and make biscuits next to you on the sofa.

Atlas

I’m Atlas and I love managing humans. It’s important to keep an eye on my humans, so I would love a forever home with high-up spots so I can watch them from when they move around to cook or do chores. I investigate a lot to make sure everything is safe for them.

My favorite time of day is dinnertime, when my human feeds me and gets to spend the rest of the evening with me. After eating, I like to play with my toys, but can keep myself plenty occupied without my human's help if they're busy. I love chasing balls, mice, and wine corks in the hallway.

As for snuggling, I don't mind being picked up for a brief cuddle, but I prefer my paws on solid ground. I enjoy being pet when I am laying down and, when I trust you, I will let you rub my belly. At night, I like to tuck in my foster human and make sure they are settled.

Mermaid

You can tell by Mermaid's clipped ear and feisty spirit that she's a scrappy girl, who had some hard years. You can also tell by her rounded belly and penchant for head-rubs that she's also had some soft years, too. Since being in the care of Paws and Claws, Mermaid has learned about the luxuries of a plush cat bed, a bowl full of dry food (her favorite!), and napping in a human's lap. She's realized that she loves cosleeping with people, where you can both protect one another. Mermaid has found new favorite toys: lumps under the rug, carpet ghosts, and heavy rubber bands. She's become a lapcat, according to her foster, and loves sunbathing, window snoozing, and begging for extra meals. Mermaid won't be everyone's perfect cat -- but she doesn't have to be. She just needs one person who can love her for who she is, and see that she is a perfect side-kick (and maybe even best friend).

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a sweet, herbaceous girl who has been looking for her forever home for over 160 days. She flourishes when around other cats, becoming a playful, outgoing, and confident orange girl. When by herself, she's soft and quiet, preferring to observe the world. She can be very intimated by people...until you get a wand toy out for her to chase! Then, she can't help but be excited. Lemongrass is just as curious as she is shy, especially when she has a friend leading the way. Turin

Nespresso

Both of these kitties are the absolute sweetest, most comforting animals their foster has interacted with. During a sleepover at the foster's house, when a child was having trouble falling asleep long after her other friends had gone to bed, Keurig and Nespresso were brought in the room, and snuggled and comforted the child until she was able to go to sleep. Keurig will frequently shake from pure excitement upon seeing his favorite humans, and Nespresso loves belly rubs and being hugged. Crater

Yuzu

Yuzu (brown and white tabby) and Lychee (brown tabby) are one-year-old sisters who are sweet, affectionate, and the perfect blend of playful and peaceful. Yuzu is a confident, affectionate girl who also truly enjoys being close to her humans. She actively seeks out pets and loves having her cheeks stroked (and she has incredibly soft fur!). She’ll happily settle beside you and has been adorably working up the courage to fully claim your lap - sometimes placing one paw (then two… sometimes all four!) as she builds confidence. Lychee is expressive about her affection. She’ll meow to be petted or picked up, and she means it! While she prefers snuggles in sweet, manageable doses (she does have important play sessions to attend to), she genuinely enjoys being held and staying close to her people. She initiates affection easily and has the softest little meow. After a burst of zoomies or a wand session, Lychee is happy to curl up nearby and relax. If her human is close, she’ll even stretch her paws out to gently knead their hand.

Pocket

This pocket-sized cutie is Pocket! She's a mischievous kitten (the best kind, if we do say so ourselves!) with lots of energy to burn, which she prefers to do with you right by her side. When she's not playing, she's watching you like a little shadow, always inquisitive about what it is that humans get up to. Her best quirk? Pocket loves water -- when she hears the faucet turn on, she comes running! At the end of a long day of playing, investigating, and climbing into every nook and cranny she can get into, all Pocket wants to do is settle right into bed with you and snooze the night away. Moonstone

Moonstone is bold and friendly, and he loves to chase wand toys and climb his cat scratching post to hang out on top. He also likes being picked up and cuddled. He will win you over with those beautiful blue eyes. He’s a ball of fluffy white fur with orange ears and an orange striped tail. Moonstone is confident, playful and a total sweetheart.

Gem

Gem has been a nurturing, watchful mother to her gorgeous litter of kittens, but she's now ready to find her own forever home! Raising her litter has made her very trusting and mellow surrounding people, as she has always "gone with the flow" of her kitten's wild antics. Her quiet confidence keeps her cool, even when there's a lot going on around her. She is happy to meet and greet new people, especially if they have a spare hand or two to pet her -- or, better yet, to brush her. She is a sweet and affectionate girl who will make a wonderful companion, once she's found her person.

Apple Pie

This girl is just as sweet as apple pie! Apple Pie loves a good cuddle with her people, where she can curl up right on your chest or under your chin. Bonus points if there's also a fuzzy blanket or heating pad involved! She does have an alter-ego, however: a little huntress! She loves to "hunt" the pigeons and squirrels through the window, tracking them until they leave. Apple Pie also loves to make her own "prey" with mouse toys, balls of paper, or anything she can bat around easily. Apple Pie's perfect adopter is someone who can give her the attention she deserves -- someone who is looking for a cuddlebuddy, playmate, and a lap/shoulder/chest cat for when they lay down at night.

Estelle

Estelle is a beautiful, affectionate girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She absolutely loves people and isn’t shy about showing it—she enjoys snuggles, being picked up, and will happily purr away with her impressive little motor when she’s getting attention.

Estelle loves to rule the roost and can have a bit of a cattitude. She loves to climb on to our volunteers shoulders to keep them on their toes, and loves to make her opinions known! Food is a sure way to her heart and so is accepting her opinionated nature. She has a lot of energy and intensity, but found her perfect playmate in our adoption center in Elm! Together, they help burn off some of their extra play energy.

Once she has gotten her energy out, this big-eyed girl is a true sweetheart who will make a wonderful companion. With a little time to settle in and learn household boundaries, she’s going to grow into an amazing cat. If you’re looking for a loving, spirited kitty who will purr loudly and keep life interesting, Estelle might be the perfect match.

Elm

Meet the reigning shadow boxing champion, Elm! This guy has boundless energy, but has luckily met his perfect playmate in Estelle, his best friend. Even though these two can keep each other well occupied, Elm never says no to some time with his humans, especially if you've got a wand toy around. Outside of his impressive athleticism, Elm lives by the motto: play hard, rest harder. He loves a nap, and will always find the coziest cardboard box around to curl up in for the night.

Merino

Little Miss Merino is a tiny, shy girl from Louisiana who, under the guidance of her younger (yet double her size!) brother, Bighorn, is seeing just how comforting humans can be! At 6 pounds, Merino is small, but don't count her out of anything. When she gets the zoomies, she is as fast as lightning, and once she's worn out and comfortable, is a major snuggle princess. Merino has a playful spirit and gets what her foster calls "the rollies," where she rolls around, purring and letting out high-pitched trilling meows. Together, she and her bonded buddy, Bighorn, are the best of friends!

Bighorn

Bighorn is a sweet guy who is adjusting to the big city life after being transferred to our care from Louisiana with his big (little!) sister, Merino. Bighorn is named after the sheep species, with their long, curled horns, as a nod to his unique cauliflower ear and singular antenna. The most important thing Bighorn needs in his forever home is someone who is willing and enthusiastic to snuggle. He wants his human to be engaged with him, so although he can play and entertain himself independently and with Merino, he deeply values human companionship. Bighorn may be quicker to snuggles than playtime, but it won't take long for him to bound after a toy mouse, feather wand, jingle ball, paper towel tube, or whatever else you can offer (or he can get into).

Shallot and Scallion

Meet Shallot and Scallion! These two lovely sisters are just under 3 years old and ready to find their forever homes. Both of these girls love window-watching, so their foster started taking them for "walks" outside in a cat stroller! Their curious, exploratory nature doesn't end there, however, as they both love to see what you're getting up to. Shallot typically takes the lead as the more outgoing sister, but Scallion still loves attention too -- when she notices you're getting ready for bed, she'll curl up next to you and settle down for the night. Their favorite way to play is chasing toys or treats thrown across the room, like playing fetch!

Thomas the Tank Engine

Thomas the Tank Engine is a social and outgoing cat who loves company, especially when he can make himself the center of attention! His favorite thing, outside of being pet by everyone he meets, is sitting on his cat tree to look out the window at the animals and people walking by. His favorite game to play is "hide in the paperbag" where, you guessed it, he hides in a paper bag he finds around the house! As a friendly cat, when he sees you holding your hand out to him, he always comes over to gently bump your hand with his head, purring and asking for pets. Thomas the Tank Engine also loves having back-and-forth conversations with humans, where he meows in response to everything you say.

Mesa Verde

Mesa Verde is a snuggly, people-loving girl who is always looking for an empty hand or lap to nuzzle into. Her favorite way to pass the time is to play fetch with her pom-pom toys, and will proudly strut around with her "catches" in her mouth, once finished. If you're looking for someone to chat with, Mesa Verde is definitely your girl. In three words, Mesa Verde is playful, vocal, and cuddly!

Capri Sun

Capri Sun is a purring machine! This 3 months old kitten is rambunctious, full of personality, and a lovebug to boot -- don't you just want to bring her home? Capri Sun can take a few days to settle in, taking that time to observe your energy and routine. Once she feels comfortable, however, she becomes so sweet, and loves to be held like a little baby. We know this girl will add such fun, exciting energy to any home!

In his foster, his cutest quirk is that he sleeps on the back with all four legs up in the air! If you're looking for a buddy to lounge around with, Rogue is the cat for you.

Orange Juice

Bright, sunny, and a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning? Orange Juice is a perfectly apt name for this guy! Orange Juice is an energetic 10-month-old kitten who does not sit still for long. When it's playtime, he goes and goes. He is also a certified sunshine seeker who jumps up onto windowsills, watching the world outside. When he warms up to his people and trusts them, he shows his affection through nuzzling into your hand as you pet him. With his silky-soft coat and minimal shedding, he makes the perfect lap companion and funny sidekick to go through life with.

Dinah

If you’re looking for a quiet, easygoing cat who loves to cuddle, Dinah is your girl! Her perfect day includes licking and rolling around in some catnip toys and cuddling with her person. She’s not particular about her cuddle spot, whether on a bed, couch, on top of you, half on you, or leaning up against your side. She will use you as a foot rest, too! She’s a perfect cat who warms up to new human friends easily and is looking for someone to purr next to forever.

Jonathan Bailey

Tiny-yet-mighty Jonathan Bailey is ready for his close-up! At 4 months old, Jonathan Bailey is a playful, curious guy with a big personality. One minute, he's zooming around the house chasing toys and exploring every nook and cranny, and the next, he's happily curled up for a cozy nap. His fun, ever-changing personality can keep anyone entertained, and he'll thrive in a home that is looking for an energetic kitten to liven up the house.

Warlock

Don't let his grumpy face fool you -- Warlock actually is very happy to see you! Warlock is a quiet, gentle cat who would be perfect for any home. He can appreciate alone time, as he can be a bit of an explorer, but cherishes the time he can spend with you snuggled in bed. Warlock has brought such joy and love to his foster home, and can't wait to find his perfect humans to spend furever with.

Seamstress

Seamstress spent months putting together her 5-kitten garment litter, and now that they are settling into their forever homes, she's ready to strut the catwalk on her own! Seamstress has been a loving and attentive mother, playing and nurturing her kittens as they grow older. She's kept that gentle spirit when it comes to humans, as she's truly never met a stranger in her life. When you reach out to pet her, she leans gently into your hand, and you may even catch her grooming you! She's a mild-mannered lady ready to put her years of motherhood behind her and become someone's best friend!

French Toast

We can't think of a sweeter way to start your morning than with some French Toast! Although she can be shy at first, once she grows comfortable around you, she shows her sweet, relaxed side. French Toast loves loafing out on the couch, the bed, her cat tower...basically, anywhere this girl can stretch out, she'll be there. Her perfect human is someone who isn't looking for a lap cat -- that's not French Toast's speed. Instead, they want a steady companion with a sweet, playful side (pull out a feather wand toy and she'll go nuts!) who can keep themselves occupied throughout the day without human attention. Meet the last adoptable member of the Paws and Claws symphony, Cello! Cello's two sisters have been adopted already, and we know it is only a matter of time until this sweet, charming, rambunctious kitten finds his forever home, too. Cello's favorite way to play is to pop out from cardboard boxes and paperbags, as he loves the sound they make! He's a proper gentleman too, always making sure to greet every new person, cat, or dog he meets with a gentle meow and sniff. Once he knows you, he's ready to play the day away!

Ice Cream

Ice Cream is a sweet, curious girl with a lot of opinions. She is a great listener and very vocal herself; when you talk to her (or even around her), she'll chime in with her thoughts and needs whenever she sees fit. Her ideal person is someone patient, who is willing to put in effort to earn her trust, so she can show you her affectionate, goofy, and chatty side. Once she feels close to you, you will be rewarded with a loyal companion. She also loves to play, so Ice Cream's perfect person is someone who doesn't mind waving around a wand toy for her so she can get her pre-bedtime zoomies out. Most of all, Ice Cream's person won't mind a shadow. Not only because she is a black cat, but wherever you go in your home, Ice Cream will want to be right there with you (and who can say no to Ice Cream?!)

Mug

Mug is a gentle, affectionate boy looking for some cuddles and comfort in his forever home. His favorite way to play is to "hunt" your hands and feet underneath blankets, but he is so sweet and careful to never claw into his human's skin when playing. Mug will use his paws to get your attention, extending them out in front of you, almost like he's trying to do a hi-five! When you show him his food bowl, he tends to make little "cooing" sounds instead of meowing, which is one of his foster's favorite quirks about him. Sierra Mist

Sierra Mist lives up to her name -- bubbly and so sweet! Sierra Mist would do excellent in a home where a talkative kitty is appreciated, and with a person who doesn't mind a cat-shaped shadow. Soft Serve's perfect forever home is with someone who is happy to coexist alongside her -- a person who wants a cat who is happy to receive attention, but is just as happy to do their own thing when you're busy. Soft Serve's "own thing" tends to look like patting around a stuffed ball toy, or napping lazily in the sun. If you've been wanting a quiet, calm companion, Soft Serve is the right fit for you.

Mallow

Mallow is a soft, gooey girl who clings to you like marshmallows to a graham cracker. She is an affectionate girl who loves hanging out with her person, whether that be cuddling in their lap or sitting on a window perch nearby. Her perfect person is someone who understands the importance of morning cuddles, as Mallow loves to wake her person up in the morning to snuggle -- her foster does report that Mallow knows what the snooze button is, however! Crepe

Crépe is a bitsy cat who is gentle with her human and would enjoy a quiet life watching over you. She's got her fussy and grumbly vocalizations, but actually she's quite pleased with many simple things. She enjoys a sunny spot on the bed or nearby ledge to watch the world out the window while being near you, or having a third or fourth nap in her favorite round scratcher/bed combo. She might crawl into your lap if you have a plush blanket and you can lean in to hear her very soft purrs!

When it's playtime, you can enjoy chuckling at her dive, slide, and roll over in pursuit of a wand toy (especially on a bed!), her delight dashing through a tunnel, or when she grumbles and clutches a rolled up towel or yoga mat to rabbit-kick it excitedly. More often than not, she's spent after a few sprints and would like to plop on her side and have you dangle the wand toy for her to bat around. Pollen

No allergies here -- just little miss Pollen! This 4-year-old girl is sweet and chatty, with the gentlest, softest meow you'll ever hear. She uses that meow to gain your attention, particularly when she's looking for some gentle scritches or some help finding the sunniest spot in the house. Pollen's ideal home is with someone who wants a low-key, low-maintenance pet!

Soil

This photogenic boy is Soil! In Soil's creative mind, everything he can get his little paws on is a toy. He could happily spend hours batting around a stray piece of paper and never complain. On top of his energetic spirit, he's truly never met a human he doesn't fall in love with. That's why, in his ideal home, Soil is looking for a person who doesn't mind a kitty-sized permanent shadow, who is interested in everything they're getting up to. In addition, he hopes they'll be just as excited to play with him as he is to play with you, and that they'll be ready to snuggle the night away, come bedtime. His foster's favorite quirk of his is that Soil will "go long" during naptime, where he lays down on his back and stretches his legs completely straight to fall asleep. In their words, it is "ridiculously cute."

Dante

This sweet, bookish boy is Dante! After spending the first six years of his life as a community cat, he came to the door of an Indiana rescue, ready to retire, and eventually worked his way to Paws and Claws Cat Rescue. In his foster home, he's gentle and sociable, following his foster from room-to-room to keep tabs on what they're getting up to. Dante has also integrated in well with his foster's cats, and has even endured some very long grooming sessions with the patience of a saint! It is that exact patience that makes us believe he would make a wonderful, intelligent family cat. He isn't much of a cuddler, instead preferring to spend his energy with some intense playtime. His favorite way to play, and his foster's favorite quirk of his, is that he wraps his wand toys around table and chair legs to use them like kicker toys. After a long, tiring play session, Dante will usually curl up right next to his toys. It's so amazing to witness his pure relaxation, stretched out and feeling safe, knowing how many years he spend on-guard outside. Dante's perfect human is someone wanting a chill, more low-maintenance companion, ready to be by-your-side for years to come. We know he's ready for it!

Sophie, just like her mother, is an absolute sweetheart. Although she can be timid around people at first, she shows off her true personality when she thinks no one is looking, becoming a playful, silly girl who loves toys. MeeMaw

MeeMaw is a sweet, dainty little lady who has quickly decided that she would like to be a lap cat. When she first arrived to her foster, all she wanted was to be held and comforted as she got used to her new home. Her go-to nap spot was on her foster’s chest, and now that she’s started feeling better, that’s still her favorite place to be. She loves being held and will let out little, soft meows until someone picks her up and lets her sleep on them. She’s very calm for a kitten, but she does like playing with spring toys and looking out the window. Even at his shyest, when he first came to Paws and Claws, he couldn't help himself when he saw a person walk by. Elton John would poke his little head out of his hiding spot, almost like he was asking, "Are you saying hi to me?" Now that he's had time to settle in and grow comfortable, we have gotten a chance to see just what a little lovebug he is. Now, all he needs is his forever person to love on!

Lady Gaga

Celebrities! They're just like, well...not like us, but they're definitely like cats! Our Lady Gaga can't sing, but she sure can meow, with her tiny-yet-mighty voice. Out of everything in the world she could possibly meow for, Lady Gaga is usually meowing for some attention. She loves, loves, LOVES (!) humans, and relishes in their attention. If you really want to get on her good side, try scratching the sides of her cheeks -- she'll start swishing back and forth under your hand, or angle her head to held you deliver pets more effectively. Her cutest talent? Making air biscuits!

Marsala

Marsala is a sweet and gentle cat who luxuriates in the pampered life. She absolutely adores chin scratches, and will melt like a puddle into your arms and let out the cutest little engine purrs. She's not a velcro cat, however--she can be an independent gal, who makes her own fun by looking out the window or just observing what you're up to. Usually, though, if she's not with you, you can find her nestled in front of a warm radiator, taking a nap.

Zenyatta

Zenyatta (affectionately also known as "Zen" or "Z") is quite the sweet little lady--while she's purr-fectly content with taking naps in her cave bed when alone, she won't hesitate to happily greet you with her chirpy meows and headbutt your hands/legs asking for affection. She LOVES getting her ears scratched and will roll around on the floor happily to show you how much she's enjoying it. While our Prometheus can't offer all of humanity fire, he can offer warmth through early-morning cuddles. Prometheus is a sweet cat with a weakness to chin scratches and wand toys. He maintains his kitten energy, especially in the evenings after he's had his afternoon beauty nap. When he walks into a room, he demands all eyes on him with a powerful (and adorable!) meow, and rolls over right on top of you to sleep. If you've ever dreamed of housing a friendly giant, Prometheus is your man!

Haiku

Haiku is an affectionate kitten with the cutest Madonna-style mole right above his mouth! He's very mindful and gentle with his paws, especially as he makes biscuits right in your lap. Haiku's favorite place to be pet is right on the tippy-top of his head, and he will let you know how much he appreciates that affection through rumbly purrs. His foster describes him as "one of the sweetest kittens we have ever fostered!"

Ballad

Ballad is a lovely, fluffy-haired lady looking to find her perfect forever home! Although she can be timid at first, once she learns that you're there to pet and love on her, she'll keep coming back for attention, turning into an absolute lovebug. Ballad is passionate about cuddling, especially in your lap, and is looking forward to doing just that with her human for years to come. Sonnet

Lettuce

Lettuce has been a dutiful mama cat to her garden variety of kittens, but now that they've gotten older and become more independent, it's clear: Lettuce is still just a little baby herself! At 2 years old, she still has so much energy in her body, which she chooses to expend through cardboard box hangout sessions, batting around some catnip toys, or chasing her kittens around the house. When she's all spent, she turns to you for some calming pets, showing off her sweet and affectionate side. Lettuce would make the perfect household companion for anyone, but especially those with other pets, including dogs!

Ivy

I'm Ivy, and I think I'm just the sweetest little black kitty you'll ever meet! I love being around people, and show you just how happy I am with kisses and head bumps. In my foster home, I expend my energy through some pretty intense play sessions with wand toys, so I hope to go home with someone who doesn't mind spending some time playing with me! When I'm by myself, you can usually find me sunbathing, but if your lap is open, I'll come join you. My foster thinks that, with my gentle demeanor, I would make a great family pet, but I would be just as content in any type of home where I can get all the pets and treats I want.

Spinach

Spinach looks as if he got dressed in the dark -- his white socks don't match! His front paws have ankle socks, one of his back legs has a knee-high sock, and the last one has a crew sock. Although his outfit is a major social faux pas, his unique markings do make him super cute to look at! His favorite place to hang out is on the windowsill with the sun beaming down on him, belly-up and purring. He loves to play with a wand toy, and his favorite place to be pet is right behind his ears.

Sarah Paulson

If you want three animals in one, Sarah Paulson is your girl! First off, she’s a Velcro dog; she supervises your showers, asks to sit on your lap during the workday, and sleeps between your legs. Second, her curiosity makes her sit up like a meerkat — she wants to know everything and anything that you're up to, and if she can be of any assistance. At the end of the day, she’s a very cute and energetic teenage cat ready to talk to you all day. Her biggest quirk? Although she's a very brave girl when she's in new situations or around new people, her biggest fear is that she is afraid of her own shadow!

Watercress

Watercress, or Lil' Peanut in her foster home, is a sweet grey-and-white girl who is just looking for someone to love! Although she needs a bit of adjustment time to warm up to new people, she has a strong desire for cuddles that quickly outweighs any apprehension she may have. She loves curling up next to her person at night, and purring herself to sleep.

Rocket

Get ready for takeoff -- here's Rocket! Rocket is an affectionate guy who is happy to show his love to people and to other cats. His best friend is Arugula, and these two love to play and snuggle together in a black-and-white kitty pile. When around humans, Rocket can be a bit shy at first, but it's only a matter of time until his friendly spirit comes out -- you'll know he's comfortable when you hear him making "mrrrpp" sounds, demanding some pets. Make sure to have your wand toys handy, too, because Rocket definitely loves to play! After a long day, Rocket is always ready for some evening cuddles with his human (especially if that involves head and neck scritches.)

Arugula

Arugula is an active, high-energy salt-and-pepper coated girl looking for her forever home! In her foster home, Arugula immediately made herself comfortable and explored every corner of her new space. She keeps that confident energy in everything she does: she tells you when playtime is, when snuggle time is, and when nap time is! She's generally an independent kitty, but when her affectionate side comes out, she flops over on her back and makes air biscuits up at the sky -- it's too cute to ignore. Her perfect home absolutely includes her best friend, Rocket, but also has someone there to play with her and help her expend some of her energy. In turn, she promises to reward you with a lifetime of fun!

Chervil

Chervil is a playful, sweet, three-legged orange boy with so much love to give in his little body. He's adapted so well to live as a tripod, and grows more and more comfortable everyday motoring around after his hind-leg amputation. Once he feels comfortable, he loves attention and playing with his people. His adaptable, friendly nature makes him the perfect addition to so many different kinds of homes!

Forte

It's not everyday that you meet a father-daughter bonded duo, but Piano and Forte certainly are proof that it does happen, and it is just the cutest! Forte, the father, is one of the sweetest, calmest cats you'll ever meet. He has the gentlest personality, and takes Piano's kitten antics in stride. Whenever he settles down to relax, it's usually somewhere he can keep an eye on his daughter. No matter what she's up to, he's always quietly watching over her. As if he couldn't get any more adorable, Forte has six toes on each of his front paws, making him look like he's gotten mittens on!

Piano, in contrast, is a tiny bundle of endless energy. She's always hopping from one place to another like a little bunny, always curious and ready for her next adventure. Her favorite thing in the world is to play, especially with her dad, Forte. You'll often find her chasing him around, pouncing on him, or trying to convince him to join in another game.

Forget-me-not

With a face as cute as hers, who could forget Forget-me-not! This three-year-old girl is the perfect companion for someone who is ready to give and receive lots of love. Forget-me-not follows her humans around the house, keeping watch of what their up to, and, if for some reason she's not nearby, you can call her name and she'll come bounding over. She loves being pet, and is especially fond of head scratches -- even when you think she's done, she'll meow and bump her head into your hand for more! She is social and outgoing, and is never shy about meeting new people, especially when they give her a bit of attention in return. Forget-me-not is lovingly relaxed, and is happy to curl up with you at night and wake you up with purring kisses in the morning.

Sunray

Sunray is everything you could want in a kitten and more! This 2-month-old orange tabby girl loves to play and be around her humans. She can entertain herself for hours by running around and playing with her toys, and once she's tuckered out, she'll snuggle up with her humans for naptime. Sunray gets along with anyone she meets -- humans, cats, and dogs included, so as far as she is concerned, the more playmates the better!

Coltsfoot

Coltsfoot is just a baby and he’ll tell you that himself! This chatterbox loves to chill with you and have a nice conversation before falling asleep for the most blissful nap you’ll ever see. He greets you when you get up with a very loud good morning and he’s so happy to see you when you get home -- but it makes him even happier when you stay in and loaf in bed together, cuddled close. He’s remarkably low key for his young age, but not low in personality. To put it simply, Coltsfoot is a sweetie pie full of love who is just a little sleepy.

Bluejay

Bluejay is a social, tweety girl who always wants to be part of the action! She often follows her foster from room-to-room to keep an eye on things, and when she goes off to explore on her own, she's always bound to come rushing back soon with chirping meows to report on her findings. When she's in a playful mood, she can make anything into a toy -- even her tail! When relaxing, Bluejay prefers to be in close proximity to humans, where she can stretch out a bit, but still has easy access to pets.

Foxglove

Foxglove is a loving, unique looking kitty ready to find her forever home! Once Foxglove has decided that you're her favorite person, she'll have a hard time letting you go. She's quick to warm up to people, and will follow them around, waiting for the moment she can climb into their lap and purr away. Her favorite things in the world are, in order: attention, quality time, and relaxing in laps. While she does enjoy a spring toy, she'd much rather cuddle up and take a nap next to you!
