Squishy can appear timid at first glance, but this hesitancy disappears quickly once she recognizes a friendly gesture. You can tell once she trusts you; she has a purr about as loud as a boat motor! She also enjoys toys that make rattling sounds, batting them around while still maintaining her dignified demeanor.

Jewel is an absolute gem. Spending most of her day napping on the bed or on her human's lap, she is the perfect couch potato. She doesn’t demand constant attention and loves her “me time.” At nine years old, Jewel loves to hang out and relax with occasional playtime with a catnip toy.

Jewel waits for her foster to wake up before gently purring and requesting pets. She's super soft and cuddly, and loves to snuggle in blankets. She’s looking to spend her life with a calm family to spend the rest of her days with!

I'm a loving boy named Alvin! Just give me a little bit of time to adjust to my new surroundings. I love playing, especially with wands and lasers...I get the mega-zoomies! I am also very affectionate. When you bring me home, expect to give me a lot of belly rubs, kisses, and snuggles. I love using scratch toys as well.

I do get some allergies at times, but my medicine won’t break the bank! It’s nothing to worry about, I promise. I’m a sophisticated boy and enjoy wet foods like Purrfect Bistro grain-free.

Adorable Earl is a very special young cat looking for a new chance at life.

This precious boy was thrown from a moving vehicle and thankfully ended up in a shelter in Indiana. When we heard his story, we knew we had to help him find the loving home he deserves.

As you can imagine, Earl is a bit hesitant, but his foster mom has had the privilege of watching him open up as he experiences the feeling of love and safety.

Earl appreciates the value of "me time-he adores a sunny window or soft stretch of carpet for sunbathing!-but also loves to hang out with you one-on-one. As his foster mom reports, "When you get home, if you sit down, he'll hop into your lap for attention, and at night, some head scratches will put him right to sleep.

Finding his voice, Earl will meow when he wants food or affection and is even known to nudge his head into hands that look ripe for head-scratching. He's also getting in touch with his playful side and finding comfort in his mouse-on-a-stick toy and his favorite blanket.

Meet Penny! Beneath her shy and timid exterior, she's an independent young lady searching for a tranquil home. And just like Penny's foster mom, you won't be able to resist Penny's cuteness-her "little chirping meow and how she "plays with her toys and dances around. Penny keeps herself busy with a daily to-do list. Her many tasks include playing, eating Temptations cat treats, lounging on the sofa, using her litter box enthusiastically, and learning about scratching posts.

Penny's favorite piece of furniture is the sofa, especially if it has a cozy blanket. As she becomes more comfortable with her surroundings, she'll sit close by while you binge-watch a Netflix show or read. And from her sofa perch, she can keep an eye on her favorite people and monitor the street outside her window. When she's not being a couch potato, Penny's preferred form of cardio is batting around fuzzy round toys and pouncing on them-especially the ones with bells or catnip.

Penny has her own set of rules about proper social etiquette and will let you know when she needs her alone time. But if you're patient and respect her personal space, you'll be rewarded with Penny's trust and companionship. Once she gives you permission to proceed, she loves scratches on her cheeks, under her chin, and on top of her head. Penny's foster mom thinks Penny is actually a "secret love bug"!

Daniel is a sweet, young gentleman who adores exploration and playtime. He is very curious by nature and likes to inspect new environments. He loves to know what you're doing and he'll sometimes reach over you to sniff anything you might be holding just so he can better understand what it is. He also likes to explore spaces, and if he is not meowing for your attention, you may find him inspecting objects in a room he doesn't often frequent.

Daniel also loves snuggling and playing. He'll play with anything he can get his paws on, from pom poms to the buttons on your shirt. Don't be afraid to pick him up though! Not only is Daniel gentle when he plays, he loves being held like a baby and talking to people. Once you start meowing at him, be prepared for a full conversation.

Hi, I'm Hippo! I am pretty shy to begin with, but playful once I get to know you. I love to nap and will make sure we get on a schedule together. I love spring and mouse toys! You can tell it's me by my very orange snout! I am a very affectionate, and independent kitty.

Meow! It's Rhino! Like Hippo I am shy and playful. You can use any types of treats to lure me in and I will get comfortable with you in no time. I love napping with my brother Hippo. Mice and the laser toys are all the best for me! My snout has white in it like I dipped my nose in some milk.

Hippo and Rhino are bonded. They need to be together to thrive in their environments. Both of them are very affectionate once given time, and they are known to be the most polite kitties you will ever meet. Adopting cats who are bonded just enhances the experience for everyone involved including the cats. Both boys are about 2-3 yrs old.

Forest is one chatty cat! He is a very sweet young man, whose favorite pastimes include playing, cuddling, and having full-blown conversations with those he's close to. He takes a little bit of time to warm up to people, but once he knows you, he'll be our best friend. Forest has a tendency to investigate the other people and animals in his surroundings, and he does not like not knowing where his people are.

Willow is the opposite of her brother. While she also enjoys playing and relaxing at home, she is not a very talkative and she mellows out some of Forest's energy. Willow is much more content to play with her pom pom toy for a few minutes before finding a nice warm spot to curl up in and relax - especially if that spot is in a nearby human's lap or with a stuffed animal.

Despite being so different, Forest and Willow are the closest of friends. They often spend time balancing each other out, with Forest encouraging Willow to play and Willow quieting Forest down for cuddle sessions. This pair would like to be adopted together.

I love playing with my foster human and I admit I can get antsy when I’m bored. And I love attention! I will follow my human from room to room. I will wait for them while they get ready in the morning and eat breakfast and dinner with them. I love sitting in laps while you watch TV or do work and I’ve found laps to be an excellent place for my naps!

I’m a very sweet girl who would be equally happy living in a home with kids or living in a home with a single adult. I do prefer living with other cats and I am bonded with my brother, Ponyo, so we must go home together.

First of all, I am self-sufficient. I am happy to sit around just watching tv with my person or watching my person work. I like to play, but I don’t demand it. My favorite things to play with include a good laser pointer and little mouse toys, but I’m also happy with anything that might be laying on the coffee table. Second, I like to be petted and held. I will happily sit in your lap. If I’m really feeling it, I like to be cradled like a baby. And my meows are very gentle.

I might follow you into the bathroom to watch you brush your teeth, but that’s just because I want to be near you. Overall, I’m just a very sweet cat looking for affection. I am bonded with my sister, Boogie, so we must go home together. We are two years old.

Meet Jeep, a sweet and gentle cat. Jeep is very affectionate, and loves sticking by your side. Jeep loves a good cuddle and nap session, and spends most of his day doing these activities. If he is not napping or cuddling, Jeep may be exploring the house. He loves to observe and watch what's going on; Jeep has a very curious side to him.

He also enjoys belly rubs and being petted- he is a big attention fan! Jeep is a gentle cat with a big heart who is ready to meet his forever family. He is perfect and is very excited to be with his new family!

If you're looking for a feline to melt your heart and spoil you with tons of affection, Junko is the one for you. Once she warms up to you (which only takes several minutes), you can call her by her nicknames, Juno and Junkie. But by then, you'll probably be too occupied with petting her or too over-the-moon with her sitting on your lap. And yes- she even likes to be picked up!

Junko is a sweetie, who often wants your attention. When she's not all cozied up next to you in bed or on your lap, she's quite the ball of energy. Her foster says Junko rarely seems to sleep and is always on the move. She loves to entertain herself with toy mice and catnip, but if you'd like to get in on the action, she is also a sucker for some play time with string toys. When she wants to show you affection, she will let you know by head-bumping your hand for some pets.

Now, her kittens are old enough to find their forever homes, and Valentina is ready to find the same.

She thrives in the company of people, but enjoys playing with feline friends as well! She is gentle, curious, and full of excitement for the life of love she has in front of her.

Rizzo is a cat who knows what he wants. He LOVES to start his day with a meal and equally adores pets while he eats. He then likes to play chase for a little bit before he finds a comfy spot on the couch to get some much-needed R&R. He knows when dinner time is coming; his second favorite time of the day, and once again adores his pets while eating. After dinner, he likes to play a bit more until he chills for the night with his foster parents- watching TV on the couch or laying down somewhere in eyesight. He also loves to make biscuits on the carpet and gives the cutest little hand nibbles when he is happy.

Rizzo wants to be near you at all times- even if that means just being an arm's length away. Rizzo loves to talk and can hold a good conversation- his meows sound like he is talking. Rizzo also loves to watch the birds and makes little chirping meows to them as well. He is a big boy who loves to chase and play. He also naps in the cutest positions- sometimes with his head and arms off the couch, but his body still on the couch.

Meet Evers! Evers is the perfect kitty, whether you are looking for a cuddly napping companion or an energetic playmate.

When you are in the mood to have a relaxing day, Evers loves to take naps and can pretty much find a place to nap anywhere. He is not afraid to share his affection- his foster mom jokes he has a v8 engine in him because of how loud he purrs. This curious kitty loves to watch people pass by out the window, so you will often find him in his designated window watching spot. When you are in the mood for some fun, bring out Evers favorite laser pointer toy and prepare to laugh!

We all love a good Chicken-Nugget combo, and these sisters are no different! These two love playing and cuddling with each other so much, you'll rarely see them apart.

Nugget is the trusting of the two sisters. She is ready for pets and playtime before she even knows you. She has a ton of energy that she uses to explore, play with anything she can find, and chase after her sister, Chicken. She does not do well when she cannot find her sister and will call out to her if separated.

Chicken takes a bit more time to get to know the people around. She is very friendly, but balances out some of Nugget's energy. She loves being petted by people she knows, cuddling her sister, and playing with string and feather toys. Chicken is less confident when she cannot find her sister and may hide until she hears Nugget calling her.

Chicken and Nugget are a bonded pair. They love spending almost every moment of the day with each other and would like to be adopted together.

Churro is a 6 year old female who is very affectionate and soft, making her the ideal cuddle buddy. She is a very sweet girl, but isn't afraid to let you know if she doesn't like something. For instance, if you spend too long behind a closed door, she WILL meow to announce her displeasure. Churro is an expert in biscuit making, taking her job seriously by working long hours. She really isn't all that into toys though. She would much rather seek warm places like your lap or chest and settle down there. Spending time with you is her favorite thing. With a beautiful coat, Churro likes to be brushed and groomed.

Churro is a most sweet and loving cat and she craves a a lot of love and affection. The ideal home is someone who is home often or regularly to give her the attention and love she deserves and where she can be the center of her human's attention.

Hi there, my name is Ducky, and my friend's name is Basil. I am very social and outgoing but Basil is a bit shy at first but will eventually join me in having fun.

Basil and I enjoy being petted, picked up, and sitting in laps. We are a playful pair and we get along fine with other cats. Playing makes me tired so I like to take naps frequently and if I am not in the mood, I will let you know.

I am a very cuddly cat and so is Basil. He is more energetic at night and will want attention. He is a sweet cat who loves to talk all the time. I have a personal toy with catnip inside, a cardboard scratcher, and a cat tree for when I am bored. I love to look out the window and enjoy movement as well as looking at the water from a distance. It intrigues me a lot. I share my toys with Basil but he loves to investigate all elevated surfaces.

We both always use the scratching post and do not mind the carrier. We are well-trained in our litter habits. My Ducky toy with catnip will come with me wherever I go, but I will also bring my knit balls with bells inside.

Basil and I play with the knit balls all the time. Basil is my partner in crime, and we play fight often. We are a very cute and adorable pair who love to cuddle. Basil loves belly rubs and might also clean me, which is super cool. I am playful and gentle.

He's a sweet boy who is shy at first but can't get enough petting time once he's comfortable. Sitting on the couch now means Mushu is right up there next to you purring away.

New rooms and new people can be scary but he will tuck himself away somewhere safe until he's assessed the situation for himself. But when he's with his favorite person he has no issue being the center of attention. If his brother is getting pets, he wants in on the action. If there are wand toys to be played with, they WILL be played with. If you're offering a scratch to his head, his head WILL be scratched.

Mushu can be a part of a family with young kids as long as they're patient while he's getting to know them! He is such a sweetheart when he feels safe and is ready to be someone's purring sidekick every day.
