C.L.A.W.S (Cats Looking for Adoption Wins) is a new initiative at Paws and Claws Cat Rescue that focuses on overlooked cats with unique needs in our care, giving them the opportunity to find their forever homes and receive the love they truly deserve.

Our focus is on cats who may have an extended length of stay (LOS), ensuring that these wonderful felines receive the time and attention necessary to connect with the perfect adoptive families. By understanding, showing patience, and using a personalized approach, we aim to build trust and assist these cats on their journey to a forever home.

C.L.A.W.S aims to pair cats with specific needs with households that can cater to their unique requirements. This could be a space without other pets, a home with someone frequently present, or accommodations tailored to their distinct preferences. We believe that every cat, regardless of their circumstances, should have the opportunity to thrive in a loving home. And we also realize that many families are looking for a cat who will be a good match for them and oftentimes that could be a cat who is part of C.L.A.W.S.
