Lemongrass is nothing like the flavor she's named after. She doesn't have sharp, tangy notes that remind you of citrus and ginger. Instead, she's soft and quiet, waiting to observe the world before engaging. She flourishes when given time and space (and a little bit of churu!). She loves to be brushed or gently pet, and sight see out of the window, with the sights including the birds and people in their daily routine. She's just as curious as she is shy, investigating everything around her like a little detective. Lemongrass needs time and patience to thrive. Take her home, let her simmer and show her a good, peaceful life, and you'll be rewarded beyond belief.
