Frankie

Frankie is a terrific companion, being the perfect combination of affectionate and independent. He greets his humans at the door when they arrive home, and hangs out nearby until he's ready for independent exploration. His favorite place, in his foster home, is the windowsill, where he can observe the sights and sounds of the outside world. He can have a playful streak too, especially when presented with ribbons or wand toys!
