Daisy and Fitz (formerly Majesty and Butterbean)

I lost my beloved cat of nine years, Orange Cat, to lymphoma in June of 2023. I wasn't sure if or when I was going to be ready for another cat after we said goodbye. But after several months, my husband and I started to feel the absence of a pet. We decided that we wanted a bonded pair, and started casually looking around. When we found the post on Paws and Claws about Majesty and Butterbean, and how they slept together in a window seat, we had to meet them. As soon as we did, we knew they were our cats.

Watching their little personalities unfold over the past year has been amazing, and their relationship with each other is beautiful. Butterbean, now Fitz, is a cuddle monster, and always wants to be laying on one of us. Majesty, now Daisy, isn't much of a lap cat, but begs to be picked up and held like a baby.

They have brought so much laughter and love into our lives, and helped us heal from the loss of our sweet OC. We could never replace her, but Daisy and Fitz are wonderful additions to our family. Whenever she is, I think Orange Cat would approve.

Love,

Laura J. and Tyler P.
