Church (formerly Nosferatu)

After moving into my very own apartment, I debated on whether or not I should adopt a cat for about a year. After researching some shelters in my area, I came across Paws and Claws. I went on their website, and the very first picture I saw was of Church (formerly Nosferatu). I was able to schedule a meet and greet with him very quickly, and immediately fell in love. He strutted out of the carrier and right up to me, confident as can be. One of my favorite things about him is his classic "head tilt" as he walks.

I took him home and he adapted immediately. There was no adjustment period for us- he knew he was home! His favorite activities include playing with his wand toy, or his ultimate favorite - a yellow ducky kicker toy. He beats it up every night around 9:30 without fail. He also loves sitting on his window perch watching the world go by. Church also sleeps in bed with me every night, usually right by my head!

All of my friends and family tell me I have the friendliest cat in the world, and I agree. He has never met a stranger he didn't like. I feel like the luckiest girl ever - and I have Paws and Claws to thank for that. Without them, I would have never met my best friend.
