Norm is a chubby-cheeked, perfectly reformed tomcat, ready to spend the rest of his years in a loving home! He's eagerly affectionate, and loves to follow his humans around from room to room, just in case they have a spare moment to reach down and give him some ear scritches. When you're up to play, Norm is there, batting around a spring toy or chasing around a wand. At night, he's tuckered out and ready to curl right by your side, snoozing the night away. We have a soft spot for Norm at Paws and Claws, and can't wait to send him home with his forever family!
