Senior cats are often some of the most overlooked pets for adoption, solely due to their age. If you want an affectionate, cuddly, and downright silly companion, Great Smoky Mountains is 100% the man for you, no matter his age. At 13 years old, he still loves to play, and is happy to make his own fun: in foster, Smoky's favorite "toy" is a sock, which he holds against his chest with his front paws and kicks with his hind legs. His quirks include: rubbing his face against EVERYTHING, pushing himself against your hand for pets, and turning his fur-brush into a gum massager. Smoky is a calm, gentle, fun, Churu-loving, and social cat who loves to spend time with his humans. In short, he would make an excellent companion -- all he needs is the forever home!
