Elote, or little Miss Ellie, is a remarkably sweet and affectionate cat. With five bouncy boisterous kittens to raise, her days are no doubt busy, but she has impressed her foster family with her patient and gentle personality. She’s been selfless—stepping aside to let her kittens get first dibs at churu treats and feather wands, though her eyes light up at both. When she’s scooped up to a higher spot for her own treats and some time getting brushed, she nuzzles and leans in, with a quiet purr we can feel if not always hear above the kitten antics. Ellie is friendly and enjoys being held and getting lots of head scratches. Her foster family has loved seeing her relax in quiet moments, looking out the window, surveying her happy band of kittens, stretching out as she uses the scratching post. When she gives herself a turn with the wand, we can see the playful young cat who has a wonderful life ahead with her forever family.
