Cayenne and Horseradish

We’re Cayenne and Horseradish, and we got our names because we were initially two very spicy kittens! We wouldn’t even allow our foster parents to touch us. We hissed, hid, and ran away.

But our foster family saw our potential, and didn’t give up. They were willing to go slow with us and build trust over time, and give us the patience we needed to realize we didn’t have to be so afraid. Slowly but surely we began to come out of our hiding places to explore and play. We now love spending time with our foster family, and they can’t believe how much we’ve changed from the kittens we were when we first arrived.

We hope that our forever home is one where we could feel safe and loved. We may need a little more time to warm up to you than some kittens, but we promise we’re worth it!

Cayenne (F) and Horseradish (M) are 5 month old bonded siblings (not to mention best friends!), and must be adopted together.
