Stevie is a special cat with a unique way of experiencing the world. She is blind, but constantly amazes us with how well she navigates her surroundings. Her permanently dilated eyes give her an adorable, Puss in Boots-like expression as she curiously follows her human around, sometimes skidding dramatically into the room just to stay close.

Though a bit nervous in new environments, Stevie’s curiosity takes over, and she loves to explore. She enjoys chin scritches, playing with wand toys, and lounging under her beloved “pillow fort.” While she occasionally engages in light play with the resident cat, she’s mostly independent. Due to her vision loss, Stevie sticks to flat surfaces and doesn’t climb or jump, but that doesn’t stop her from getting around just fine!

She isn’t a fan of being picked up yet, but she always communicates her boundaries gently. Stevie is also a fan of other cats. She has never scratched or bitten, making her a respectful and endearing companion.
